Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RelaySector (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company you represent.

RelaySector is field-operations software: staff scheduling, GPS-verified clock-ins, incident and duty logs, payroll exports, and client reporting, offered on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

Each company’s data is isolated in its own account (“tenant”). You’re responsible for the accuracy of information your company enters, and for keeping account credentials secure. You’re responsible for your staff’s use of the Service under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, no attempting to access another tenant’s data, no using the Service to violate applicable employment or labor law, and no falsifying location or attendance records through the platform itself.

Paid plans are billed on a per-company basis, not per seat, as described on the pricing page. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You own the data your company enters into the Service. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. If your account is terminated, we’ll make reasonable efforts to let you export your data first.

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or change features over time; we’ll try to give notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, don’t pay applicable fees, or pose a security risk to the Service or other tenants.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelaySector isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
